Richard M. Jablonski

Executive Vice President & Head of Treasury

Mr. Jablonski is Executive Vice President of Treasury and is a member of the Wedbush Executive Management Committee. In this capacity, he oversees the firm’s securities lending / borrow, prime brokerage and cash management groups. Additionally, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Lime Brokerage and sits on Lime Brokerage Board of Directors. Mr. Jablonski has over 20 years of financial experience. He began his career at Wedbush in October 2012 as Senior Vice President, Correspondent Services.

Mr. Jablonski graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with High Distinction. He currently holds his CPA as well as Series 4, 7, 24, 27 and 63 licenses.


Robert G. Fitzsimmons

Managing Director and Head of Wedbush Futures

Bob Fitzsimmons is the Managing Director & Head of Wedbush Futures at Wedbush Securities. He oversees the business within the Futures Commission Merchant ("FCM"), with a focus on developing and defining the strategic direction for the Futures and Treasury Division. Bob has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, beginning as a Bond Options Broker on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade. He moved onto Nomura Securities where he created their Futures division in 1990, which he ran until 1999. He has also served as CEO of RedSky Financial and ITG Derivatives. Bob graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor’s degree in economics and also earned his MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.


Kevin B. Wirth

Senior Vice President, Director of Finance

Kevin Wirth is the Senior Vice President, Director of Finance of Wedbush Futures. Kevin brings more than 25 years of experience in FCM, Investment Banking, Agency Execution and Prop Trading, to his role at the firm, where he is responsible for managing accounting, treasury, regulatory reporting and financial planning and analysis for the FCM.

Before joining Wedbush Futures, Kevin served as the Director of Finance with ITG where he supported the efforts of the US Execution Services Division. He was also the Director of Finance at IMC Chicago and Senior Vice President of Accounting at ABN AMRO Bank for their Wholesale Banking Division, where he was tasked with technical accounting, M&A and regulatory reporting. Additionally Kevin worked at First Options of Chicago as Futures Controller for the FCM’s Introducing Broker business. He began his career in finance as a staff auditor at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange before becoming a colleague at Ernst & Young.

Kevin received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Butler University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. Kevin also holds his Series 7 and 27 licenses. In his spare time, he serves as a Board Member for Lisle Baseball Softball and is an avid supporter of Butler University’s School of Business and Athletics.


James F. Kearney III

Chief Risk Officer

Mr. Kearney is the Chief Risk Officer of Wedbush Securities Inc. He leads the Risk and Credit Team and is the Chairman of the Credit and Risk Committee. Mr. Kearney is also a member of the Futures Commission Merchant Executive Management Committee. In his capacity as Chief Risk Officer, Mr. Kearney has team members in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York.

Mr. Kearney has 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Mr. Kearney has been a member of the Chicago Board of Trade since 1990. He joined Wedbush Securities Inc. in 2014 as Senior Vice President of Risk Management and was appointed Chief Risk Officer in 2015. Mr. Kearney is a member of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s Chief Risk Officer Roundtable. Mr. Kearney graduated from the University Of Iowa, College Of Business with a Finance degree. He currently holds his Series 3, 7 and 63 securities licenses.


Michael T. O'Hara

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Michael O'Hara is Senior Vice President of Business Development at Wedbush Securities. Michael's work focuses on clearing & technology solutions across multiple asset classes. Much of his time is spent helping quantitative trading & low latency HFT clients. He previously held similar positions at KCG, Societe Generale (Newedge), & Advantage Futures. Michael attended University of Illinois & holds a Series 3, 7, & 63.


James J. Zellinger

Senior Vice President

Jim Zellinger is Senior Vice President of Wedbush Futures at Wedbush Securities. Mr. Zellinger has 53 years of experience in all phases of the futures industry – operations, trading, risk and sales, 42 of them at the executive level, and has been a member of CBT/CME since 1984. Mr. Zellinger is a former General Partner of Hennessy and Associates and, as former Vice President of Operations at Globex Corp., he was instrumental in setting procedures still in effect at CME’s Global Command Center. In addition to holding executive positions at Merrill Lynch, TransMarket, Barnes, and Advantage Futures, Mr. Zellinger has served on numerous operations-related exchange committees and is currently a member of the Business Conduct Committee of the CME Group.


Michael A. O'Callaghan

Managing Director, Business Development

Mr. O’Callaghan has been a Sales and Business Development professional in the futures industry for over 28 years. He sits on the New Accounts, Operations and FCM committees. His career began in 1989 with Dean Witter Reynolds on the CME Floor in the FX quadrant. Since then, he worked on the LIFFE exchange in London, has been a Portfolio Manager with a UK firm before returning to Chicago in 1994 to focus on Institutional clearing and execution sales. In 2007, Mike joined the management team at Penson Futures as Head of Business Development and has been with the group through the acquisition by Wedbush in 2014.


John D. Streich

Special Advisor

John Streich is a Special Advisor to Wedbush Futures. Drawing from over 30 years of experience, John offers a supporting role to the Wedbush Executive Team, assisting and advising in various aspects of the futures industry.

John began his career in the futures industry starting as a runner, broker and floor trader at the Chicago Board of Trade. He later founded First Capitol Ag, an agricultural hedging firm, and efutures, one of the first online trading brokerages. Additionally, John developed a systematic trading program which became a hedge fund. The conglomerate of successful businesses grew to become a FCM, which was featured in Futures Magazine Top 50 Broker list. John also served three terms on the National Futures Association Board of Directors, and was appointed to the NFA Appeals Committee for final dispute resolution. He also was a full member of the Chicago Board of Trade.

John has served on several community organizations including Chairman of the Board for Southwest Health Center and Chairman of the Platteville Airport Commission. He is an IFR rated pilot and is also an avid runner and skier. He enjoys spending time with his family.


Terry A. Scott

Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Scott is the Chief Compliance Officer for Wedbush Futures. He sits on the FCM, Credit and Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Trade Surveillance committees.

Mr. Scott has over 35 years’ experience in the futures and securities industry, having joined Wedbush in April 2016. Prior to joining Wedbush Mr. Scott worked at such firms as Citicorp, ABN AMRO, and UBS, in various management, administrative, and compliance roles. Most recently he served as COO and CCO of Uhlmann Price Securities, a FINRA registered broker/dealer. Mr. Scott is a graduate of the School of Fine Arts at the University of Arizona. He is a former member of the Chicago Board of Trade, and holds Series 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 23, 30, 34, and 63 licenses.


Bryan J. Hofferica

Director of Information Technology

Mr. Hofferica is the Director of Information Technology for Wedbush Futures. He sits on the company’s FCM and Compliance committee. Mr. Hofferica has over fifteen years of technology experience in the futures industry. He began his career at Fuji Futures, then Mizuho Securities, and eventually was one of the original employees of Advantage Futures, as Vice President of Information Technology. Mr. Hofferica joined Crossland LLC in 2008 to create a new technology infrastructure to add low latency trading to the firm’s offering. He has continued that effort after Crossland’s acquisition by Wedbush Securities in 2014.


John B. Hever

Director of Operations and Information Systems

Mr. Hever is the Director of Operations and Information Systems for Wedbush Futures. He chairs the company’s Operations Committee and sits on the FCM Committee.

Mr. Hever began his Futures industry career in 2002 with Penson Financial Services and has remained with the succeeding companies through a series of purchases and sales that ultimately became Wedbush Securities. During that time Mr. Hever ascended to Head of Client Services for KCG Futures, overseeing the Customer Service and Trade Support teams. He is currently the Head of Information Systems and Co-Head of Operations.

Mr. Hever graduated from the University of Kansas in 2001. He has a Series 3 license and is a member of the NFA.


Catherine W. Moseley

Vice President, Operations Manager

Ms. Moseley is Vice President and Manager of the Operations Department of the Futures Division of Wedbush Securities, Inc in Chicago. Ms. Moseley has over 30 years of experience in the futures industry; going from data entry to managing full service teams. Ms. Moseley has developed an excellent rapport with Wedbush Futures clients and Counterparties through the various legacy firms of Wedbush Securities, Inc.

Ms. Moseley holds a Bachelor of Science which she earned from the University of Illinois.


Christine M. Egan

Vice President, Operations and Project Management

Christine Egan is Vice President, Futures Division at Wedbush Securities Inc. and responsible for the management of cross-departmental projects within the FCM. Throughout her career, Christine has led multiple acquisition projects, including the Wedbush Securities acquisition of the KCG Futures business, and the Crossland and KCG integration to a combined bookkeeping system at Wedbush. She actively works with Futures Exchanges and Clearing organizations on the ever-changing business processing and regulatory landscape. Before joining Wedbush, Christine started her career at Harris Upham, which after many acquisitions became Citigroup. She began on the CBOE Trading floor before transferring to the Futures Division, and provides over 30 years of diversified experience. Christine is a member of the FIA Clearing Division, the CME’s Clearing Advisory Group and the ICE Europe’s Technical Operations Group.


Diane Pejkovich

Business Conduct and Financial Advisor

Diane is an industry professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her role at Wedbush, she assists with Business Conduct as well as Accounting. She began her career as an auditor for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and has held several executive positions at member firms. More recently she has held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Sakura Dellsher, Head of North American Accounting and Chief Administrative Officer for ABN AMRO and UBS, Chief Financial Officer of Bank of New York Clearing, and Chief Financial Officer of IBFX. She is a CPA and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting from Loyola University of Chicago, where she graduated with High Honors. In her spare time she participates in car racing and is an avid scuba diver.
